The problem with taking a very high dose of one B vitamin is that it throws all the other B vitamins out of balance. There should be a defined reason for introducing a very high level of one over all the others. Also other nutrients need to be balanced. For example roughly the same Sodium (salt) and Potassium amounts, Calcium and Magnesium at about a 2 to 1 ratio, etc.
As I explained, going to Google and then entering the problem and a request for information on vitamins, minerals, supplements and foods to help is a good way, but not the only way to find such help. Just remember there has been a systematic effort to discourage anything but medicine (often high priced) to fix all disorders.
For example in Spring 2020 when asked, Fauci said Vitamins C and D did not help Covid. There have since been studies that prove that both in adequate amounts ARE helpful. By November 2020, Fauci had to admit that those 2 vitamins could be helpful. A Turkish study in 2021 showed that OPTIMUM Vitamin D levels were not found in their Covid treatment subjects. This study also proved that high dose IV Vitamin C significantly reduced days of hospitalization for Covid. Kaiser Permanente tested me for Vitamin D last December. I was OPtIMUM after 2 years taking from 2000 IU to 5000 IU depending on sun exposure, less in Summer, more in Winter. I am 145 lbs. and live in the mid-Atlantic area, don’t spend much time in the sun.
