More to the story. He illegally (Fed and state) removed emission equipment on a vehicle registered for the road.
He illegally advertised the said vehicle for sale.
Most likely he was trying to dump it due to upcoming inspection requirement.
No I get that, but once he said, screw it I am not going to sell it.. I’m going to just keep it as an off road, how the hell can they force him to crush it? That’s where I get lost in this.
