A standup comedian was recently asked if he went to college and what he majored in. He said he had gone to college and majored in history. He went on to say he ended up doing standup because he was startled to learn that all the history factories had closed.

I participated in this program (IP) for 1982/83, studying in Germany.

There is no reason to provide financial aid to students wishing to participate in this program.
