Anyone remember the pandemic of Clinton’s last year in office?

The Emmys? When were they? Bunch of shows I wouldn’t know.... I hear Ted Lasso is good. That’s about it.

The previous low point for the Emmys, with 6.1 million people, came with a drastically downsized show because of the pandemic in 2000. …There was a pandemic in 2000?

Darn, I forgot to watch them for the 43th year in a row.
To: Rummyfan
Never mind the article also saying that the Emmys had 21.8 million viewers in 2000, further down.

Television?
You mean that obsolete old thing used to indoctrinate weak minds while pretending to entertain?
Do not have one and do not miss it.

I don’t believe people who watched football would have considered watching the Emmys anyway so to blame Monday night football is just poor excuses.
We watched neither in this house.
I watched reruns of Murder She Wrote. Wow did they cram a whole lot of celebs into each episode!

Never heard of these shows! Would rather watch a rerun of the original Perry Mason series or Midsomer Murders.

That’s a common Amish girl’s name. Probably something to do with sewing or cooking...you know, something useful and productive.
