Yep. And there are a lot of virtually industrial-grade oils used to make "food." Most canola falls into this category.

As another poster mentioned, the sugars used are a culprit as well.

I love sugar and most of the normal range of food.

For a reason more weeks I am on the caveman diet my new surgeon advocates. That goes until early next month until under the knife.

Sometimes it’s hard not to want some French fries or anything else outside the regimen.

I’m being better about creativity.

So far I have dropped a few pounds in a couple of weeks.
