A guy gets shot to pieces and the city’s response is “yeah, but at least were have fewer homicides than last year, so far.” Of course, what can they really do in areas where civilization has collapsed?

500, that’s just the reported deaths. The statement; “they shot him 9 or 15 times...” should give you a clue about their numeracy.
Chicago deaths might be between 500 to 900.could be several thousands for all we know. See that bullet riddled body? He died a natural death. Let’s get some real numbers down; usually knife deaths exceed deaths by firearms.
Or is the Chicago publics works department secretly cremating unreported deaths and spreading it as road ash during the winter month. It’s Chicago, you could have another 3, 4,or 5 John Wayne Gacys operating abd new know it. How many unsolved disappearances this year? Does anybody have a clue? Homicide rate in Chicago could be 20,000 plus. No one knows.
