Because Laz's Varient of the 2nd Rule of Firearms Handling is this:

2) ALL FIREARMS ARE LOADED. EVEN WHEN YOU PERSONALLY HAVE UNLOADED THEM AND CHECKED THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE STILL LOADED.

Can’t agree more with this.

Never forget the gun is made to shoot a bullet. There is no take back for when a round goes off.
