They can’t help the way they are. To bad. It is the way of the world. Normal attrition used to thin the heard of the perpetual burdens.
As for me, compassion and love will reign. God has given me capacities and abilites in my 81 years of living.
He intends me to reach out to those who are disabled and needy.
I didn’t do what I did in my life and profession to have my “ foot kissed”!
I did it out of sheer love.

For the record, I am a staunch conservative that believes the welfare system and liberal ideas are pure evil.
Disrespectful children are a shame to our culture as are the parents who allow this type of behavior.
