QE was an outstanding leader for her people and a compassionate and dignified friend to all others.
WEll, it is the same song only played faster than the Brits, so there’s that.
I remember this very, very well. People were flying small American flags and lots of tears.
She presided over the disintegration of her nation without lifting a finger to stop it. Stop with all the bullshit propaganda.
Ironically, the Star Spangled Banner anthem commemorates an attack on the United States by another hostile power 187 years before 9-11. That power was Great Britain. No doubt Queen Elizabeth II knew the irony of playing the American national anthem at Buckingham Palace.
She was an empress, guarding the growth of other kings and nations, and as such she actually did more of the mere job of Queen she was paid for.
Another good moment- the Memorial Service at St Pauls’ on 9/14/2001
Skip to 16m 25s or the National Anthem- taken back by how many Brits know the words.

She put the CLASS in class act.
She was a once in a lifetime leader. I think she was as loved and admired here as she was at home. Not because she was royal, but because she was an incredible human being.
She would have been much happier living the life of a country woman with her horses and dogs.
May she rest in peace.
She was an amazing women, Queen and role model... The world was blessed by her presence and life.
