That's all we've heard for decades. "No standing to sue" before, during, or after the election.

"Not the appropriate forum" -- take your complaints somewhere else where you can find a sympathetic ear.

How is it that democrats are able to judge-shop so successfully, but republicans always end up with democrat appointed judged on their cases?

There needs to be a law that if a suit is dismissed as “no standing”, the judge must declare WHO DOES have standing.
Also, if a case is dismissed as inappropriate in this court, the judge must state where the case should have been held.
