WASHINGTON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit against his 2016 rival Hillary Clinton, saying the former Republican president's allegations that Democrats tried to rig that election by linking his campaign to Russia was an attempt to "flaunt" political grievances that did not belong in court.

In throwing out Trump's lawsuit Thursday night, Judge Donald Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida said the lawsuit was not seeking "redress for any legal harm" and that the court was "not the appropriate forum" for the former president's complaints.

"He is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him," Middlebrooks said in his ruling.

I suspect that the judge had two options:

1. Dismiss the case

-or

2. Commit “suicide” by shooting themself twice in the back of the head with a shotgun.

The “standing” issues addressed by the judge appear to be more about the claims being made by PDJT (or his lawyers) rather than who he is.

Again, the ruling is here: (I’m only about 1/3 of the way through it).

In other words, the judge is saying that the arguments being made don’t fit the statutes he’s litigating under.

Which means—according to this judge—location doesn’t matter either.

He’s saying that the arguments in the case don’t belong in any court of law.

Maybe we could compromise and meet halfway.

Eliminate half the Republicans.

Because the president took crossfire hurricane documents from the White House and that is what they are so nervous about.
He Unclassified them before he left the White House that document showing the declassification has been posted on the Internet.

The deep state does not want the documents ever be seen because it will cause a lot of Democrats who are involved with the cover-up to be iindicted
