I'm willing to bet some of that $60,000 a year tuition cost is for the extra money they have to spend on campus police/security compared to if it were located in a suburban area and not in Chicago.

≥$60,000/year is fairly standard everywhere (except state schools) these days, and is ridiculous. It's way past time for non-bricks and mortar education at a much, much reduced price, and without the indoctrination.

That $60,000 doesn’t include room and board. Some are over $80K all in.
