At the Capital I believe, just like she can not properly prepare the Capital Police when a million election protestors hold a rally so that her Antifa plants can incite a trespassing incident and call it an insurrection. Given the fact that she will be losing her majority and the gavel, I fully understand why she took these drastic unamerican methods so he could attempt to convince people it was some sort of insurrection and she could make an attempt to sway voters and overcome the possibility that she will be pushed into retirement.
