In their motion to reject the Special Master for documents seized on the Mar-A-Lago raid, the DOJ played hardball, threatening the judge, saying that if she doesn’t grant it they will go over her head to 11th circuit! And who is the Supreme Court judge presiding over the 11th Circuit? THIS GUY.
