IMO central banks are in cahoots with governments. The quote deflects the shared responsibility of the fiat currency printing press central banks and government in creating totalitarian prisons like Chengdu. Absolutely. I am sure the push to Electric Vehicles is also part of this, because the the government will be able to track and and shut them off remotely, impeding the black market which would otherwise inevitably arise in transportation based upon unofficial currency transactions.

I agree with you but think the situation is actually a bit worse than that. I believe the CBs control our governments, and our “leaders” are their puppets.
