It was Buffett that killed the Keystone. I pointed that out at the time. The Athabaska oil still gets here but by BNSF instead of pipe. The only thing wrong with that story is that it only costs more like 3 dollars to pipe a barrel of oil from Alberta to Cushing OK.

Keystone wasn’t killed...only the 4th phase (5th actual phase) Keystone XL was killed by Pres. Obama in 2015. Pres. Trump re-authorized in 2017 and the courts killed it in 2018.
