It’s not that Bitem extended that EO, but in an unrelated “Act” at the end was tacked on removing the sunsetting of the Magnitsky (sp?) Global corruption thingie upon which that EO about Human Rights Abuses and Corruption was based. If the Global Corruption etc Magnitsky thingie were sunsetted, the EO would have no basis and would null.
So both are total evidence of “someone else is making Bitem and his criminal gang do stuff”.

However, Patel Patriot addressed the repeal of the sunset of the Magninsky (sp?) Act in a recent article, and he, PGunnels, and JustHuman discussed these, and more, on tonight's Devolution Power Hour.
The consensus is that Biden is not in control, or is severely restricted in what he can or cannot do.
The continuation of the above EOs, and the repeal of the sunset provision, ensures that the US can continue pursuing asset forfeiture against the traffickers, corruptocrats, and others, in perpetuity.
