The only sense in which the Nazis were not socialist is that they were okay with the private ownership of the means of production. Ownership, but not control. Control belonged to the state whenever it wanted to take it.

Whether there's any point to ownership of something without control of it is an exercise left to the reader ...

Then that’s not ownership. The owner controls the property.
