So who will the trial lawyers go after? The transit authority? The producers of movies that show this kind of thing, thus inspiring reckless behavior? The manufacturer of the shoes the kid was wearing, because he obviously slipped? The manufacturer of the paint on the subway car, because obviously the kid slipped? The manufacturer of the subway car, because there was no high security screen? The kid is a victim. Some deep pocket somewhere must pay.
We have to outlaw subway trains, to keep children safe. IT IS FOR THE CHILDREN!! 🤓
Metmom I know it’s about a week old but it’s till pretty recent.
Plus I knew as soon as I posted it all the Free Republic Stand Up comedians like Magnum44 would jump up on stage and rip away. It was so worth it.
