Which one is it do you think?

Neither.

I had similar thoughts and did some prying among my circle, which is small, but includes people with large extended families and professional practices.

You have to dig a little. People tend to rationalize their own physical reactions. So they are fatigued, or losing weight without dieting or they had a blood clot or three or a heart attack they survived, but hey: they know (it turns out) another 4-7 people with similar conditions, so its *normal*. Same with sudden cancer or returning cancer or strokes. Sudden allergies that don’t respond to antihistamines or cortisone. Sudden chemical sensitivities. Sudden peripheral neuropathies. So many varied reactions over a relatively long time period and others experienced it, too, so that equates to *normal* and Dr Baffled reassures them it isn’t the injection. And besides, they all have had recurrent Covid, so it’s the virus at fault. But that’s common now and so, it too is normalized.

People die all the time, too. Not so many Before at such young ages and not so many in their sleep or during athletic performance, but “it happens”. If it’s anyone over 50, we are conditioned to see that as *aging* or lifestyle.

A lot of people are *suddenly* (my emphasis) experiencing chronic or sub-acute conditions. They tend to NOT discuss them because no wants to whine and it is boring.

There are a few technical points I’ve seen discussed elsewhere: chain of custody of vaccines that were administered in mass venues, temperature conditions that were so very emphasized at first and then were not discussed, tendency for vials to sit long enough to separate into layers (still unsure if the vials are to be shaken before administration), which would change the dose contents.

I just casually mentioned separately to 4 different people with large families and large social/professional circles that I knew no one who had had a severe reaction or died, but I’m old and a lot of my family is already gone or has been divided by the present circumstances and wouldn’t admit anything to _me_ or anyone unvaxxed. And everyone had a litany of examples. In fact, as they related what they knew, I could see an uneasiness as they admitted: there are a lot of people *suddenly* with *problems*. And I am a people-watcher, an observer: I could see them tamp down the uneasiness and dismiss it.

My personal belief, at the moment, is that there is a huge pool of such reactions just about to bubble into the collective consciousness. Actuaries don’t lie if they want to keep their jobs and the lawsuits are also just beginning. The UK is making payouts, maybe some other countries, too, but I haven’t investigated that, yet. The Israeli situation is _just_ becoming known to the world at large.

I think many folks are loathe to acknowledge they were injured. It opens barrels of worms no one wants to deal with.

Very interesting comment.

I like the fact that you’re a “people watcher”. People like that get much more out of a conversation and see much more in society.

I think the lockdowns themselves share a lot of blame for the current health of some people, without a doubt.

Hesitation to seek out medical care during Covid really took its toll.
Who wanted to go to see a doctor for minor chest pain that went away?
Not many wanted specialized test performed at hospitals or clinics like MRIs, Ultra Sounds, etc.
Of course in some cases that certainly made conditions worse.
Stress also I believe is a factor. It’s known to lower your immune system.

Imagine someone delaying treatment, wakes up one day with clear signs of a severe cardiac issue and needs Bypass surgery instead of stents because they ignored or waited do to the Hospitals being flooded with Covid patients and the fear of going to a Hospital because “that’s where the Covid it’s for sure”.

Finally, we have the staffing shortage. Getting an appointment with a Doctor was days. Now it’s weeks, or even months for people in the country.
Along with the staffing shortage, people now are making up for lost time, no longer worried about going for test, many people are trying to catch up with their on going health issues or new ones they delayed addressing.

Appointments with specialist takes months. If their condition or symptoms become worse during that time of waiting, they end up hospitalized or worse.

Thank you for your comment. It gave me lots to chew on.
Have a great day.
