Fake Peer Review and Inappropriate Authorship Are Real Evils

What is the future of peer review? Why is there fraud in science? Is plagiarism out of control? Why do scientists do bad things? Is it all a case of:“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing?”
We have been sold so many lies for so long. Not one aspect of the conventional wisdom is untouched.
Years ago, I cited a study on something to an MD I knew well. My cite was a meta-study, often touted as the *gold standard* of study evaluation. His reaction was to dismiss it as “just a meta-study.” He meant it broke no new ground and was therefore a nothing burger.
Studies began into covid, the virus, then the shots and then the reactions as they happened. There are voluminous stacks of peer-reviewed studies from all over the world. Thing is, the pharma companies via WHO control many national health authorities, almost all the journals and have the clout to stifle anything they wish via the media.
This sort of dismissal is like saying someone banned from FB & Twitter & YT is available on Rumble and then dismissing Rumble. When facing legal action for censorship, the tech giant social media sites will always flag anything against the narrative and redirect the viewer to the approved version.
Rockefeller, the UN and a DNC controlled NGO named DemCast have recently bragged about fielding 250k influencers whose job it is to participate in any forum allowing discussion of many topics (elections/health/medicine/Ukraine war/citizen protests). They are there to push the accepted narrative, to disrupt research and peer-to-peer discussion and hopefully to destroy the platform in question.
I am nearly 80 and cannot remember ever in the past seeing professionals destroyed for publishing the truth. Nor have I ever seen people threatened so extremely for not taking some medical treatment. Entire economies are being destroyed to preserve the official narrative. Austria, Australia, Germany, China all deployed cops and military to beat people in the street for refusing coercion. Governments are punishing their own citizens with shortages of energy and food by diverting essentials to Ukraine and then telling them right to their face that the government cares not what the people want, the government has deemed Ukraine more deserving of those essentials. This is abnormal and immoral.
Lots of effort if the information is so self-evidently incorrect.

Agreed. There is a problem with peer reviewed research cutting corners, or being done and utilizing normative science. A research class I was in identified and contacted a government agency that was using normative science to create a negative impression about Barred Owls regarding territory overlap with Spotted Owls.
