I am more productive working from home. Given what gas prices are, I save a bunch of money every week.
Working from home is not for everyone. Some people just cannot remain focused.

I work better, for sure, and I find I take way less PTO. I just had to schedule just over two weeks or I was going to lose it.
All my sick time (which does roll over) sans maybe one day rolls over.
