Not really a "re-election". Actually just the only true election that has been delayed because of a proven fraudulent election in 2020 that shouldn't count as an election at all. The reason is to kick this vile imposter out of the WH and get Trump back in once he wins the only true election that was delayed since 2020.
No reason to think he won't qualify for 2024 since if he gets back into the WH, he will have served only six years before 2024. The limit is eight years. He qualifies for 2024.
Isn't the real limit being elected twice? As in the 22nd Amendment: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice..." If Trump wins the 2024 election then that will be the second time he has been elected so no problem. If he is returned to office any time between 2020 and 2024 then 2020 would be the second time he was elected. He couldn't run again in 2024.
