Since there have omly been 46 different people who have been president, and he was the 45th, I would think he would still be the 45th president. The 47th president would be assigned to the next different president.

However, Grover Cleveland is considered our 22nd & 24th President by historians.
He’s the only man to win two terms non consecutive.
