I’ve been taking Niacin (as well at Zinc, vit D and Quercetin) for more than a year as a form of Kung Flu prevention. Haven’t had the Kung Flu and no migraines.
Same here, all the same supplements for the same reason. I specifically take NusaPure Flush Free Niacin, 400 MG Niacin, 100 Mg B3.
However, I do occasionally get migraines, with scintillating aura. I’ve had this type of migraines for 40+ years and have only taken the NusaPure for the past 9 months or so. There’s been no increase nor decrease in my migraines since.
ConservativeMind, I started taking these because you posted a thread saying these supplements were good for a person.
Now you post this!!??!
