I wonder if these women could sue on the theory that the emotional impact of the procedure was not adequately disclosed.

Sounds good, but today, any woman who has emotional impact from abortion will be declared mentally ill and drugged or locked up.
Abortion is good for the planet.
She can get depressed whenever it’s convenient. Give the child up for adoption and she’ll cry herself to sleep every night even though she did the right thing.
Women get themselves into trouble. It’s the men that have to bail them out afterwards through taxation that covers too many unrelated areas of need.
