At this point, evacuation is no longer feasible.
Too dangerous.
If you are not out of the way by now, you have to just hunker down.
They are in it, now. even the storm drains in Miami are flooded, and they are not in the pat of the storm.
I just pray that the force of Ian will be blunted by hitting the land.
Florida needs a miracle.
