Take a look at previous posts, pretty sure it was BIDEN!!!. Biden threatened to do this type of thing prior to Russia declaring a stronger response to the escalating situation by NATO in Ukranine. Russia would take out maybe the Norwegian stream if things got worse, but not it's own. But US is determined to make Europe submissive to it's whimms, they suffer, dollar becomes stronger like what it is doing right now.
