p.S. to my previous comment. When the government experts told us to eat muffins for breakfast instead of eggs, and carbohydrates for all meals over protein, obesity and diabetes skyrocketed.
Exactly. I would like to see graphs comparing the increase in type two diabetes and the pressure for a low fat diet I think this happened in the 80s and 90s. People may have eaten less fat but they compensated with more sugar and flour.
