WaPo words the dropping of the case against Matt Gaetz the way it does to make it sound like he really did do something wrong but there’s a little bit of problem with the accusers’ credibility. What they should be saying is that it was a complete lie right from the beginning and the people accusing Gaetz should be prosecuted.
