Think I’ve seen youtube videos by Dr. Eric Berg on waking up at 3am. Too much Cortisol. he gives some advice on how to lower it.
So the app I’m using is “Mintal Tracker” on the Apple app store.
it says it’s on google play too- but i didnt’ see it- I’ll check out that video on cortisol- something is messed up-
One more post- won’t keep bugging ya on the issue. But just watned to report that I don’t think the app I’m using is accurate.,had to get up at 3 am, but app showed me “sleeping the whole time” despite about 20 minutes of not even being in room (dang bladder!). Anyways, I also kept waking up last night too. Lay there for about 15 minutes or so, and fall back asleep. The app didn’t catch any of that. (It does record snoring and breathing or not breathing events, in audio shorts though, which is useful).
Gonna try another app tonight, and intentionally get up from bed for a bit to see if it catches it or not.
