That is very possible, but if you read the twitter comments at the link it’s Republican/ white people’s fault. Somehow.

I suspect that what these folks don’t realize what they are really saying is that it’s only white/Republican rule that can create and maintain civilization, and that democrat/black rule can’t do it. Or they are incapable of it without white people’s/Republican’s help.

Quite an indictment of themselves.

I read the comments, too, and got way too confused way too quickly. Apparently it all boils down to this (I think):

1) The failed structures in Jackson are state-controlled.
2) The state is run by white Republicans (most likely old, too)
3) Therefore the white Republicans are to blame for the water problems.

Dang it. Confused myself again, ma'am. lol
