There's your problem right there. White people shouldn't be allowed to move out. Maybe some shackles and chains would help.
How crazy to talk about this being the fault of white folks because white people moved out.
There’s been a lot of criticism over the decades about white flight out of our major cities.
But then , when white or other more affluent people move back into cities , it is said that they are creating gentrification , which is also criticized by black leaders.
Bottom line is that you just can’t win. White and/or affluent people will be criticized no matter what they do
