I’m no psychiatrist but she appears to have one of the narcissistic personality disorders, and narcissists are all compulsive liars. They can also tend towards violence, domestic abuse, gaslighting their partners, etc. So it might be much worse for Harry at home than just dealing with the fallout of what his kooky wife says in public.
Sometimes I just hope that Harry simply made a mistake and finds himself in a horrible relationship like his mother did. Hopefully he escapes if he was stupid.
