I’d heard it was the child of one of the government people who came up with that ridiculous rule. Somebody knows for sure.
I forgot the specifics, I believe it was in some California metro area like San Francisco or Los Angeles where the daughter of some government bureaucrat, mysteriously got hired on to write the Covid regulations for some aspect of the response, and it was revealed they have no education or training, at all in any possibly related field.
