Remember when in the congressional hearing, Rand Paul asked Hillary if they were moving arms through Turkey into Syria? Her answer was a QUESTION - as they all learn to do:
“To Syria? You’d have to ask the agency about that.” She could always say she didn’t lie as she avoided answering directly.
