My mother’s stance that she always used to guide her children was that people who got tattoos did so before they matured and regretted them or they were just stupid.
I always thought of that when my friends in the Navy wanted to get tattoos and many did and wanted me to join them. I also echoed to them what she said, before and after they got them.
Imagine what this pretty lady’s face is going to look like in 20 years. It is absolutely going to look stupid.
Already looks stupid. Most do.
In this case, it’s like others said…looks like she dipped her chin in liquid or has something coming out the mouth.
Yes, dumb. Sorry, culture nor age don’t make it better.
It's her culture, and her face. You won't even remember who she is in 20 years, or what she looked like.

In grade school the sisters forbade students to have any form of tattoo, citing Leviticus 19:28 (Amplified) which says, “Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print or tattoo any marks upon you.” That was 72 years ago, and to this day nobody in my extended family (over 50 adults and children) has a tattoo. We feel it looks trashy and demeaning to have them.
