As set out in Fatty McTootpants vs Yarbles N. Mouth (1969: GA), libel cannot be established if the statement is provably and factually true. For example, if Hojo Hominigrits said that David Chase was a moron, there can be no libel.

Actually you don’t seem to understand the elements of libel. Truth is an absolute defense. Please, master of all knowledge, define moron. There is in fact a diagnosis code for moron in previous ICD publications.
