Because it’s not a requirement in the constitution. Why is this a needed vanity post?

Why are any vanity posts needed. First, I wasn’t sure it isn’t a requirement, secondly, and I am just asking, why are corporate and other private sector employees required to be tested and employees for the people aren’t?

People who work for the government do take drug tests and that’s not constitutional either according to the quoted statement.

People such as CDL drivers, law enforcement, military... take drug tests and supposedly that’s not constitutional either; correct?
