Let me get this straight: Truth Social, and my outgoing email provider won’t let me use a VPN, but a suicide crisis center will. OK. Sounds fair.

It’s traceable but the Suicide Hotline probably can’t do it. And it takes time. You have to get the records from the VPN host or hack the VPN to view them directly.
How can they make the same mistake twice? Especially a member of the House?
Its very simple : The SWAT SHOULD NOT respond to calls about MTG’s house from phones behind a VPN or masked in any way.
Its not that hard.

hmmmm. A voice over IP call could do it (use a VPN), but still to terminate on a ‘real’ phone network, the originating call has to properly authenticate to the next network.
“Swatted” or “Red-Flagged”, too often pretty much the same thing.
