They'll do nothing. Remember Bannon's Maxim:

All of the DemocRats are DemocRats, and half of the GOP are also DemocRats, privately in their hearts.

This means 75% of congress will ALWAYS want the Rats to be in charge, with the GOP playing "The Washington Generals" to the "Rat Globetrotters."
