Interesting thing, I can’t find the actual poll or its methodology anywhere, not at the above or that Albany local news website.

About the Poll / Filtering: SurveyUSA interviewed a total of 1,200 New York adults online 08/17/22 through 08/21/22, using sample provided by Lucid Holdings LLC of New Orleans. Of the adults, 1,046 were identified as being registered to vote. Of the registered voters, 715 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the November election for Governor. The pool of adult survey respondents was weighted to US Census targets for gender, age, race, education, and home ownership.
The poll is meaningless for several reasons:
1. On-line as opposed to telephone.
2. Only 87% of the people polled are even registered to vote.
3. Only 68% of the people polled are likely to vote.
4. The poll does not state the margin of error.
5. The poll does not state the location of the people polled.
