Want to run Linux on Android?

I actually got a Linux-based PinePhone to avoid Android. Unfortunately, besides being slow (which I can accept) itg is buggy, and good luck getting a carrier to help you with install if your SIM doesn't work out of the box.

I'd be interested in knowing if Linux replacing Android is any better.

Linux, been around forever, is open source and has amassed a very large tech following since the geek community decided the world is fed up with the Punk Lords of Tech (Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Schmitt, Gates, etc.).

Jeff Peterson is one the leaders who started the Linux based takeover of tech. Started just recently, early 2021. They will get it done. They are a very sharp group and are dedicated.
