How can a "White Educators" be a "safe space"? Perhaps "White Teachers" could "provide" a safe space, but how would they BE a "safe space. Ah. I get that she probably isn't an English teacher, which is possible since they likely don't teach it anyway.
And any time an "Educator" (Leftist, and those scare quotes are MINE) says "I'm going to be perfectly honest with you" Leftist blather is sure to follow. Bank on it.
And then she says:
"There are many white people, especially white strangers, that I have my guard up, and it's because I am trying to protect myself from them, I don't know if this is a safe person. And it's the same with children. So, if you decide to gloss over incidences of racism, or decide that "Black Lives Matter" is a "political thing" (reverse scare quotes are hers) you're not a 'safe' person.
Gee.
The truth would be said as: "There are many black people, especially black strangers, that I have my guard up, and it's because I am trying to protect myself from them, I don't know if this is a safe person since 40% of all rapes, murders, armed robberies, assault and batteries in this country are committed by 1-2% of black men. And it's the same with children. So, if you decide to gloss over incidences of racism violence, or decide that Black Lives Matter not wanting your house and business burned to the ground, or having your car or face stomped on by a racist mob is a "political thing" (reverse scare quotes are hers) you're not a 'safe' person."
The differences between those two statements above are that one is entirely based on racism, and Black Lives Matter is not only a political organization, but an evil Marxist one at that, and the second statement is based entirely on fact, particularly about violent crime.
You just can't fix stoopid.
