They also have different concepts of customer service which is why we are forced into online shopping, must accept entirely automated “help” and self checkouts.

So true. The acceptance of almost any kind of behavior by kids and young adults has seen them let down any common sense barriers to their own privacy. It’s “anything goes”, and if there are negative consequences then they are the victim, and therefore blameless. Afterall, personal responsibility is now so out of fashion.
