Great post. Thanks. Sardines are an excellent way to get your Omega 3s without all the mercury. Also good for brain health.

Because they're so low on the food chain. Although, I di enjoy a fish steak once in a while, tuna, mahi mahi, swordfish, etc. I used to eat shark, but I no longer see that in the supermarkets.
