What if you get sardines or tuna in foil pouches instead of the can? Any lost nutritional value?

Most people don’t know that canned fish is cooked twice in some cases: Once at the processing plant and again as canning/sterilization.

IMHO, same applies: Vitamins, yes. O3, negligible.

My label for canned tuna is ‘fish-flavored chicken’.
