The people of Crimea voted overwhelmingly to be part of Russia. “The 2019 survey found that 82% of Crimea’s population supported Crimea’s accession to Russia” - from Wikipedia

The only way Crimea would be part of Ukraine instead is by overwhelming force, but then that seems to be what UMCRev lives for.
