I guess everyone knows how the momma will say they don't know who the baby daddy is then give the kid to grandma to take care of so she gets $$$ to take care of and supposedly raise the kid with everyone living in the same house but using different mailing addresses. Total scam. The state knows about it and even encourages it.
For every government dollar that goes to kids under 16 there are 6 dollars that go towards seniors over 65. Heard it once. People over 65 are doing pretty well and they vote.
