Dad, your kid is four. Don’t put him through this anxiety and trauma. Just put him in a decent school.
He’s four. He belongs at home, not in school.
Home-school the child or put the child in a private school that is not administered by idiots. You can even unschool the child and let him learn on his own. It matters not which one, but remove the child from the public school system. I know 4 year-old boys. They are not going to wear a useless mask in any way that is going to prevent them from getting a cold. The mask is simply a signal that the parents have given total control of their child over to the government indoctrination system.
After two and a half years of Covid hysteria, my son and his wife both recently came down with the “virus”. It was much like the simple flu that so many of us get occasionally. It then spread to the kids, and the older two (boys) and one of the younger girls had symptoms. The seven and three year old girls suffered nary a symptom. Thankfully, the seven year old kept the three year old amused for the week while the others were “feeling bad” (not on their death bed or in the hospital. They drank water and orange juice, took cold medicine), along with zinc and Ivermectin.
Everyone is now back to normal. The hysteria has to stop!
Properly vetted charter school, parochial school, or home school. Unless, of course, you really don’t give a damn about the kid.
I agree. The father is an equal participant, with the school people, in this situation, which was no doubt upsetting to the young boy.
